Boxing is the epitome of a full-body workout. Unlike the majority of other fitness regimes, you’ll be exercising both your upper and lower body simultaneously. Think about it this way – when you hit a punching bag, you aren’t just utilizing your arm. Instead, you’re using your entire body to strike with the most impact. By engaging your core and leg muscles, you put so much more power in your punch! Our boxing class is super fast-paced, serving as an amazing source of cardio that is sure to burn a ton of calories.

Youth Striking

Our instructors are prepared to teach you at any level – whether it’s your first time putting on gloves or you’ve already won several titles. Boxing is the perfect way to get in shape, relieve stress, and build a level of confidence that you’ve never had before.

At Coast to Coast Athletic Club, we are proactive about safety. From day one, our top priority is preventing injury. We make this a reality by teaching students proper forms, showing them how to utilize the correct muscles with each move, and perfecting the basics before jumping into those tricks you’ve seen in the movies. We’ll begin by mastering jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. As you advance through our boxing curriculum, you’ll acquire more advanced skills and begin to incorporate a greater amount of sparring into your workout.
