Sparring
While sparring is not required, we have the option available for students. It is a great way to test your skills against skilled individuals. We make sure it is safe and no one is hurt as you try out your punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
Traditional Muay Thai
We don’t just teach students how to strike. Our Muay Thai classes also include learning about the rich history and culture of the martial art. The program is traditional and authentic, not watered down to just include the martial arts basics.
Incorporating multiple disciplines
With Muay Thai there are many different moves. These moves branch off from other disciplines, such as MMA, Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Kickboxing. We have experts from those fields teaching and providing different perspectives in our gym.
Adult Muay Thai
Anyone can get started in Muay Thai, no matter your age. You can train without needing to spar. You can join us in our supportive community to learn punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. This is perfect to help with your self-defense, fitness, or competitive training! Comment end
Competitions
Competitions are a great way for students to set goals, challenge themselves, and measure their progress. Stepping into the ring gives them the chance to experience what it feels like to be in a real fight building the confidence to handle those moments because they’ve already done it before. Through training and competition, students gain valuable experience, sharpen their skills, and leave more prepared both inside and outside the gym.
