Here athletes of all ages train with purpose-whether its to improve conditioning, sharpen selfdefense skills, or step confidently onto the competition mat. At Resilience you’re not just learning jiujitsu, you’re training like a champion!
Adult Jiujitsu

Jiu-jitsu is a hand-to-hand combat system built on the idea that leverage, timing, and technique can overcome strength. That’s why jiu-jitsu is truly for everyone.
At Resilience Jiu-Jitsu, our students range from age 4 to 64. We focus on teaching practical, effective self-defense—techniques that could one day save a life. For those who thrive on challenge, enjoy setting goals, and are inspired by competition, we also offer a strong, supportive competition team that helps athletes prepare to perform at their best.

Women Only Jiujitsu
Why take women-only jiu-jitsu classes? Because we understand. The idea of grappling with a stranger—especially a man—can feel intimidating, especially in the early stages of training.
In the white belt phase, both men and women are still learning how to control their strength, speed, and technique, which can sometimes lead to injuries or frustration—especially when training partners are mismatched in size or intensity.
Women-only classes create a supportive environment where students can train with partners their size, build confidence, and develop solid technique. It’s also a space to get comfortable with being uncomfortable—so when the time comes to transition into co-ed classes, you’re ready to roll with confidence.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) isn’t just for adults. It’s the perfect activity for kids! This form of martial arts is based on automatic human responses and incorporates a lot of ground grappling. When it comes to self-defense, BJJ empowers a smaller individual to fight against a larger opponent. But the advantages don’t stop there – BJJ helps kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community full of future friends and mentors!
